Title: Collateral War Genre: Thriller/Drama Written By: Michael Osuji Logline: When two couples, the Adelekes and the Obinyans come together for a couple’s weekend, the festivities hide a plan for the perfect murder. Synopsis: Bridget Adeleke and Nonso Obinyan are having an affair. They have finally decided to murder Bridget’s husband Deji and blame it on Nonso’s wife Nneka. They plan to do it during their couple’s weekend retreat at the Adeleke residence and once they are free, they will take over Deji’s company where Nonso is working as a vice president. The plan is set, they start to put things in motion and set evidence that will implicate Nneka but when the murder is carried out and the police are called, the evidence doesn’t match up and now the body is gone. What started out to be a simple murder starts to look like a double cross and no one can trust anyone else. When Bridget turns up dead, Inspector Ojo has to dig deep and uncovers a plan by Deji who isn’t dead but now has nothing to lose.
